Sparkle Montessori School follows the Natural Learning method: The Montessori Method. Our team

Santhanalakshmi (a) Chandu drives the strategic vision and manages Sparkle Montessori. Before this, she was working as a Manager in the healthcare consulting space with an IT giant for more than a decade. Being a mother of 2 children, she aspires to provide the best for a child in every possible way. She spends time discovering new and creative ways to engage her child and is now passionate to do that through Sparkle Montessori creating a difference in child care & education.

Santhanalakshmi N

Director

She is a MCA graduate and she aspired to be a teacher and also completed her B. Ed. She worked as a high school teacher for 2 years and taught for children from 1st to 8th grade. She is a smart worker and finishes any job given on time, she loves to work with children and has her own ways to make them her pet and listen to her in class. She has been with Sparkle since 2017 and is one of our head staff who takes care of all operations end to end.

Montessori Teacher

She is a B.A.English literature graduate, she is kind and treats everyone with a great smile. She faces every situation in life with confidence. She has been working with sparkle since its inception and handles kindergarten. She is extremely talented in making children gain interest in learning and works with great patience with every child.

Rachel

Montessori Teacher

She has done her M. Phil in computer science and worked as a higher secondary Teacher in Mount Carmel Matriculation School for more than two years. She aspires to be a good role model to the children in every way; she is quite talented and puts her heart and soul into teaching kids in an innovative way.

Sharmila

Montessori Teacher

She is a B. Com graduate, Montessori and Kindergarten teacher, Very creative at work and loves to work with children and understands them with ease, she mingles with them as one, which makes her their favorite. She works with a lot of interest in any job given, she is sportive and quick.

Veeralakshmi

Montessori Teacher

She is a B.A Tamil graduate and also has a Diploma in teacher education D.TEd. She has worked as a teacher for various grades for more than 5 years. She handles children with utmost patience and tries to find new ways to teach concepts. She handles playgroup children and it is truly the most challenging job here.

Meena & Sujithra – Most Sweetest people Sparkle could ever have, they work with children as one and take utmost care of them doing all and above that is needed for them. They follow routine wonderfully and children get very amicable and attached to them easily because of the love and care they show.
